Director

Theodore Stoinoff, II, is a Director, practicing litigation in employment, tort, and commercial areas of law, and also practices in the business and corporate law sections at Underwood Perkins. He offers extensive experience representing employers in all aspects of employment law, including disability, discrimination, family leave, and disability accommodation.

Mr. Stoinoff’s other employment law cases include endorsement and defense of non-compete agreements.  Mr. Stoinoff also litigates commercial construction and real estate disputes and defends personal injury, fraud, premises liability, and Deceptive Trade Practices claims. He tries cases in state and federal court, and is published in the Federal Reporter. 

Mr. Stoinoff also represents individuals and entities on a broad range of corporate issues.
