Lindsey Tanner Tye’s mission is to help clients navigate the complicated world of probate law and loss, and helping her clients plan the future of their estates after joining Underwood Perkins in 2021. She helps clients set up businesses for succession, drafts wills and trust documents, and efficiently probates their loved ones’ estates even when grief overwhelms them. Mrs. Tye believes a good attorney should be compassionate, responsive, and thorough.
