Director

David L. Campbell is a Director in the bankruptcy, creditor rights, and litigation sections at Underwood Perkins. His litigation focus is real estate title litigation. His clients include institutional lenders, pension funds, landowners, developers, asset managers, landlords, tenants, lessors, lessees, contractors, bankruptcy debtors, and trustees. Mr. Campbell serves diverse industries, including real estate, energy, and technology. 

Mr. Campbell is an editor of “Foreclosure & Related Remedies,” published by ABA Press in 2009. He was also a National Business Institute speaker, and an advisor to the Uniform Law Commission Home Foreclosure Procedures Act Committee.

His speaking engagements include “Collection Law Tips and Strategies,” “Collections: Seeking and Collecting a Judgment,” and “Title Workshop: From Examination to Commitment.” He also completed an ABA RPTE Webinar titled “Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate – The Next Steps in Financing for Real Estate Lawyers.”
