Director

Paulette Mueller is a Director, Board-Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization- Family Law, with over 40 years of legal experience. 

Her practice includes all aspects of family law. She handles divorce, custody, child support, spousal maintenance, modifications, protective orders (contested and uncontested), cohabitation arrangements, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and support of special needs children and adults. 

Ms. Mueller also assists clients with a vibrant estate planning practice where she drafts wills, plans asset disposition, and navigates her clients and their probate matters through the probate courts in Dallas and surrounding counties. She handles contested and uncontested probate matters and guardianship proceedings for disabled and elderly individuals in need of assistance. 

Ms. Mueller appears before Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, Kaufman, and Wise County family and probate courts.
