Ms. Haney has counseled clients from initial start-up, capitalization and growth strategies through acquisition. Ms. Haney also focuses her practice on the critical area of well-planned liquidity events, such as business succession plans and exit strategies. Ms. Haney also consults with clients as they negotiate their executive compensation in both public and privately held companies. Ms. Haney also works with the business owners to provide comprehensive combined business and estate tax strategies, including asset protection, and buy-sell agreements among business owners.
