Director

Charles W. Blount, III, is a Director and has been practicing law since 1981. He currently practices in the intellectual property, business, corporate, and appellate law sections at Underwood Perkins. 

Mr. Blount represents individuals and entities on a broad range of corporate issues. He has extensive experience in entity selection, organization, and formation for new businesses. His other areas of expertise include corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, employment, officer/director issues, intellectual property, and entity dissolution. 

Mr. Blount also carries on a distinguished appellate practice representing clients in Texas and federal appellate courts.
